Self-care and seduction go hand-in-hand, as both stem from the same root, love. Love of oneself is crucial and critical when learning to be more seductive and trying to embrace your sensual side. It’s a form of power for a woman that is unmatched.
What is Seduction?
Seduction is about attracting something towards you with your on wit and femininity. It’s more than trying to seduce someone or something insignificant into your life, it’s about the allure and power. Throughout society, women have always had to relinquish that power for a man, family, friends, or something trivial, but seduction is a form of calling that power back. Calling that power back to you in a way that no one can take it from you.
What Does Seduction Look Like?
The art of seduction is more than just googly eyes, a tight dress, and makeup. Seduction is about reclaiming your power as a woman, its about your aura, your essence, how you present yourself to the world, and how you feel about yourself on the inside. Seduction can be allusive, on a woman it looks confident, she’s brave, not afraid to speak her mind, she’s happy with who she is regardless of what stage she is in life. She dresses well and takes care of her overall appearance, and she stands her ground. She looks vibrant, charismatic, passionate, and even empathetic to those around her. She knows how to seduce those around her without even trying, other than using just her presence.
Implementing Self-Care Into Seduction
Self-care is a vital part of seduction because it’s a representation of how you treat yourself before anyone else does. To implement this you should start by focusing on healthy lifestyle choices such as self-control, taking care of your mental and emotional health, avoid unhealthy habits that could effect you emotionally, become more self-aware, and of course manage any treatments of minor ailments.
Examples of self-care would be creating a relaxing environment, incorporate plants into you home to create a more earthly atmosphere that takes you back to nature. Make sleep a top priority, nothing worse than trying to be seductive and your yawning your way through a conversation. You should be getting a bare minimum of 8 hrs. of sleep per night including on weekends. Staying hydrated, is good for your overall complexion and can help keep your body healthy. Lastly, staying connected, as we age staying connected and surrounded by people we love that love us back is crucial in a world that can make you feel unseen and unheard. It’s good for your health because it allows you a space to be yourself, express what’s going on, and feel more connected to the Earth and environment.
Seduction will eventually come naturally, and you won’t have to feel like your forcing something that doesn’t work. It’s apart of you and not necessarily something you obtain, it’s in everyone. Cherish who you are and treat your body right, eventually everyone else will see it too and you’ll be seducing any and everything that crosses your path.
Happy Seduction!
