Have you ever wanted something so badly and the more you wanted it, the further away it got from you? Or maybe you didn’t want something to happen and it happened anyways just because it seemed like you thought about it a lot? There’s a far easier way to get what you want or to not fixate on what you don’t want to happen, it’s called flow.
Based on my own interpretation and experience flow is an essence or in some cases a feeling. It’s the ability to let things be or happen as they should. Letting life kind of play out while you guide it from a far. Flow is like water, you can move or shift the tide but it’s going to still move and spill over the way it was designed to do.
What Is Flow?
Flow is a current. It’s an energetic field or something greater beyond life that guides you into the direction you’re supposed to go and you cautiously go with it into your next destination. It’s not always easy to flow with life, there’s turns, ups and downs, there’s pauses and even sometimes temporary stops, which can make trusting the process of where you’re going hard to do, believe me I know. But the best feeling in the world it’s letting life gently guide you and you calmly go with it into your next chapter of life.
What Is Friction And How Do I Avoid It?
Friction in the sense of life, is adding resistance to something where there doesn’t need to be any. Friction is hard, it’s rough, the exact opposite of how life should be or go. Of course life will have its challenges but when everything starts to feel like a challenge it’s important to know when to let things go, release, and relax.
One of the best ways to avoid friction or to stop it from continuing is by acknowledging the way you view a problem. Have you ever had a moment when trying to solve an equation and no matter how hard you tried you couldn’t come up with the answer but then you walked away from it for awhile and that “ah ha” moment takes place and you know exactly what you should do, well friction is the opposite. You want to make sure your not going against what your body is trying to tell you, whether that be a feeling or an emotion, your body is one of your first teachers and it can teach you how to stay in alignment with oneself and what you need. Let your body answer the questions you have so you don’t have to is a great way to stay away from friction.
Does Flowing With Life Make Life Easier?
Short answer, yes. Flowing with life instead of trying to push it in the direction you want it to go is the best way to actually get what you want, need, or didn’t quite expect. The reason being is everything works on a frequency and a frequency can be a wavelength, when you look at a wavelength it’s a flowing motion that moves throughout space. Life is no different.
Life is like a large body of water and we’re the fish within the see. You don’t go against the current, you follow it. You take control and let it guide you to where you need to go or should be.
