What makes a good leader?
A good leader is someone who leads with courage. A person who isn’t afraid to make those hard decisions when it really counts or who can stand ten toes down on their own with fear or regret because they know what they are doing.
A good leader stands with vigor, drive, is persistence, humble but has a sense of direction and knows where he or she is trying to take his or her people that’s going to allow them to thrive and continue to grow. A good leader is someone who isn’t afraid to say no or tell those hard truths to make things works even if they are the only one that agrees but definitely who is someone that knows how to be a team player are let his team lead in ways in which he or she might want to follow.
Lastly, what makes a good leader is someone that knows how to listen. A person that listens to his or her people and understands what they need are all things that makes a good leader, but makes a great one also.
