No one really ever teaches you how to steam the area that sustains the most pleasure. She’s a key ingredient into not only your health and femininity but she’s apart of you and deserves the best the same way you do.

Importance of Steaming:

Steaming the yoni is very important because it can help with pain relief, fertility issues, hormonal imbalances, detoxification, healing trauma from the body, and relieve stress. It can also help the womb potentially heal and remain in balance.

How to Steam:

The best way to steam is to have a yoni pot, stool, or box and sit over warm water with your herbal blend of choice. Sit on your stool for no more than 15-20 minutes and enjoy as all your troubles temporarily melt away.

You should only steam once or twice a month, no more than that as you could potentially cause issues down there. Be gentle with yourself, do not do more than what is allowed and consult a doctor for more inform or if you have any questions as I am not health professional by any means.

After Steaming:

After steaming, what I like to do is lay down wrapped in a towel with water or a cup of water tea and relax. Your body is going to feel tired and relaxed after a yoni steam, so you want to give your body time to process the new found changes that have occurred and rest. If you do not have plans after a yoni steam, it would even be a wise decision to take a short nap to regain your energy back.
