What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

My favorite form of physical exercise would be yoga. Yoga to me is intense, it’s good for the body, helps you build stamina, strengthen your core, get better acquainted with yourself, and overall helps you feel refreshed.

I feel yoga although intense, is less harsh on the body more so than standard exercises like lifting weights or using machines that is not done properly can really damage the body, which is the exact opposite of what someone would want when exercising to improve health or trying to get in shape.

Yoga is so very healing for the mind and the body, along with stretching and in my opinion makes you feel a little bit more connected to the soul. Yoga to me in fruitful and can really benefit you when done correctly and consistently and I hope more people especially women of color tap into it and enjoy it.
