Have you ever just had a long day and wanted to rest. But instead of a drink or just simply watching your favorite movie on repeat with a big bag of popcorn, you decided to take a nice hot bubble bath to relax your mind and body?
Bubble baths are so beneficial to me, yes they can be unclean in some degree since you’re bathing in your own filth., but on the high side they can be wonderful because they have been used throughout history for spiritual purposes, still in my opinion a wonderful was the cleanse the body, help you unwind, and is a great way to relax the muscles and ease tension.
A bubble bath with your favorite bubble bath soap, herbs or flowers, a bath oil and epsom salt is a wonder way to end the night along side a glass of water or your favorite wine. I feel this is a beautiful way to help you heal and release stress. Even if you do not drink, some candles and some nice music are all wonderful ways to release and tension, stress, or anxiety you might have felt throughout the day or the week.
I feel that bubble baths and healing are connected because throughout history, baths have been a symbol for various things not just to be clean, and they are one of the few things that despite how much times have changed are alway relevant and effective in getting people to feel good. I believe the water is a connection to all life that bounds us together not just on a physical aspect but on a spiritual one as well.
