What is the greatest gift someone could give you?
The greatest gift someone could give me is to be seen, heard, and understood. This would be the greatest gift because in a world where “larger than life people” are always at the far front, knowing that someone who choices to live a more simpler life is just as important of being understood as someone who is not.
The greatest gift someone could give me is being cherished. The willingness to learn me in the same regard as I’m willing to learn myself. My highs, my lows, my shortcomings, and still want to remain by my side in the same regard as I would want to remain by theirs.
In a world where people can be misjudged or misunderstood, the greatest gift someone could give me is wanting to know more. Wanting to read the book, not just a chapter. I think there’s true beauty in that, and to be would be one of these greatest gifts I could ever receive.
