The Sensual Experience

Sometimes pain can be hard to get rid of, you can therapy it away, write it out, or exercise it through. Sometimes you have to cultivate and channel that energy into something more, something more fun and something useful.

Sexual energy is a create way to channel pain and turn that pain into pleasure. It can be a healing experience especially if you went through sexual trauma, it’s a great way to take your power back on a personal level and find joy in something that once caused you turmoil. Now, I’m not saying this is an easy process because it’s not, but is it worth it, in my opinion, I believe it is.

So how do you transform that pain into sexual positive energy you ask? There are three ways you can try. Self pleasure, pleasure with a partner that makes you feel safe, or mental and emotional pleasure (because everything starts with the mind first anyways). Now self pleasure, is the easiest out the three, because who knows what you’ll like more than you and who will understand your body better than you? Pleasure with a partner can be beneficial but they really have to be in tuned with your body and not everyone is good at that or cares to be sadly. Lastly, mental and emotional can be hard because your mind can sometimes feel like a maze, you can program so much into it but doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll reap the benefits right away, it’s a slow burn.

But my main focus is on self pleasure, what tickles your fancy? What makes your toes curl? What awakens your senses and what ultimately helps you relax? If you don’t know the answer to these questions that’s okay. The best part is regardless of where you are on your journey in life, you always have the opportunity to figure it out and explore. The best way to turn that pain into pleasure is if you’re in the act cry it out, scream it out, or “pound” it out. Your pain, your anger, your frustration, let your body know it’s safe and relief it. Let it wash away like water, by doing this not only are you sending yourself into ecstasy but you’re having a very healing experience instead of a traumatic one and that’s the whole point.
